SONMEZH’S STORY

Sonmezh’s storefront opened up in February of 2009 when founder, Kirsten Blowers was just 21. Kirsten started selling her refurbished and hand-painted furniture, but quickly added in clothing and small gifts. The company expanded from a storefront nestled in the heart of the historic Downtown Fayetteville Arkansas to a thriving online boutique with an extensive social media following. We’re extremely proud of our in house brands Charlie Southern and Friday + Saturday that are repeat bestsellers with our customers! One of the best things about Sonmezh is it appeals to women of all ages from students to working women and mom’s on the go… we have something for everyone! 

She majored in Apparel Studies, has always dreamed of working in fashion, and had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. As the new owner of Sonmezh she’s excited to jump back into retail! Kelsey is looking forward to expanding product lines, while bringing in new trends, and continuing to offer the staples that Sonmezh customers know and love. Kelsey is an Aries through-and-through, extremely extroverted, loves all things Bravo and pop culture, and is always down to travel. In her downtime, Kelsey spends time with her husband Drew and dog Charlie! Kelsey’s go-to outfit for a busy day at work is an oversized sweatshirt and biker shorts, but on the weekends she loves trying new trends you can find right here at Sonmezh.
